The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Communications & Brand to lead complex, high-impact client engagements. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who brings depth in communications advisory, brand positioning and executive visibility.

You will serve as senior counsel to clients while overseeing integrated campaigns across media, digital and cross-cultural platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic communications and brand positioning mandates from development through execution
  • Develop messaging frameworks, executive positioning strategies and narrative architecture
  • Provide senior-level counsel to founders, executives and leadership teams
  • Oversee integrated campaigns across earned media, digital, influencer and content channels
  • Guide cross-border communications and market expansion strategies
  • Manage media strategy and cultivate relationships with top-tier outlets
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets and deliverables
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal leadership initiatives
  • Support business development and proposal development

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic communications, public relations or brand advisory
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior leadership or executive teams
  • Exceptional writing, messaging and strategic planning capabilities
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder and high-visibility mandates
  • Exposure to luxury, real estate, hospitality, retail, financial services or public sector is an asset
  • Cross-cultural communications experience strongly preferred

Work Model

This is a remote position. Candidates must be able to work during core business hours aligned with Pacific or Eastern time zones.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications and scope of responsibility. Total compensation is designed to reflect market standards and performance.
